Caroline has been featured in both local and national media including HGTV, CNN, the Washington Post, Washington Spaces, Washington Home & Garden, Home Magazine, the Wall Street Journal, and Business Week in her role as an expert in making homes show to their best advantage and in how to achieve the highest sale price in the shortest time for sellers. Additionally, she teaches classes about staging to Realtors at both the local and national level.

Caroline’s unique real estate knowledge, deep understanding of the “psychology of the buy” as well as her expert advice on packaging a home allow sellers to get the maximum price in the shortest period of time when selling their homes. Caroline can provide expert guidance about fast, easy and inexpensive updates to a home so that it appeals to the largest number of buyers. For older homes that have not been updated she can coordinate every detail of a “mini renovation” on behalf of her sellers.

Buyers appreciate the “straight talk” Caroline is known for. In each home she shows her buyers the property’s best features and its opportunities for improvement. Caroline Graduated from Rutgers College, Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a minor in French. She received a degree in French from the Sorbonne in Paris, France. Prior to entering the real estate business, Caroline worked for 12 years in marketing and sales including acting as the Director of several national Berlitz language training centers.

Caroline has lived throughout the United States, but moved to Washington 12 years ago and currently lives in Bethesda, MD with her 3 children and her Maltese named “Sweetie Pie.”
