Brenda studied Housing and Applied Design at the University of Maryland Her training and abiding interest in design along with her extensive experience as an agent in this area help her identify and communicate to clients both the aesthetic and practical strengths and weaknesses of a property.
Brenda lived her entire adult life in Chevy Chase, Maryland and Northwest D.C. and has over a decade of experience as a real estate agent representing buyers and sellers in these same locations. As a result, she has an excellent sense of the amenities offered by various area neighborhoods. Before joining the real estate industry, Brenda was the manager of a local cable television station, through which she became very familiar with local politics and with the many civic activities in the Washington area.
The combination of in-depth community knowledge with a trained eye for spotting the design strengths and potential of a property makes her most effective in working with clients to find a home that will fit both their needs and personality or to sell a home at its highest potential. She is licensed in both Maryland and the District of Columbia and represents both domestic and international clients.
