
District of Columbia Human Rights Act requires that, in addition to federal protected classes, all properties shall be made available to all persons without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, personal appearance, sexual orientation, familial status, family responsibilities, disability, matriculation, political affiliation, source of income, or place of residence or business of any individual.
Montgomery County and The State of Maryland require that all properties shall be made available to all persons without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, sex, marital status, disability, presence of children, family responsibilities, sexual orientation, source of income, age or gender identity.
Prince George's County requires, in addition to the federal and state protected classes of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, physical and mental handicap, age, marital status, or sexual orientation, that all properties shall be made available to all persons without regard to political opinion, personal appearance, or occupation.
