We're Growing and We're Hiring!
Best Address Group is expanding, and we're looking for a few great people to join us. I'm Joe Himali, a licensed real estate broker with more than 27 years of experience across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Over that time I've built a business around historic and architecturally significant properties, and alongside the brokerage I run Best Address Media, a content platform covering architecture, history, and travel, plus our walking tours and salon event series. It's a lot of moving parts, which is exactly why we need more good people in the room.
This is a small, close-knit team, and it's growing quickly. If you like the idea of getting in early, having your work actually matter, and having real room to move up as we scale, this is a good place to be. We take the work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously, and there's a genuine sense of fun in how the group operates day to day.
We're currently hiring for three roles:
Researcher and Writer
You'll dig into the history and architecture behind the neighborhoods, buildings, and stories we cover, then turn that research into compelling written content for our tours, media platform, and marketing. A love of history, sharp writing skills, and genuine curiosity matter more here than a specific résumé line.
Chief of Staff
You'll work closely with me to keep the many threads of the business (brokerage, media, tours, events, partnerships) organized and moving forward. This role is for someone who's a natural organizer, communicates clearly, and wants real ownership over how a small, ambitious company runs.
Full Time Real Estate Salesperson
You'll join our brokerage team working with buyers and sellers across the DC metro area, with the backing of an established brand, a strong referral base, and decades of market experience to learn from. This is a great fit for someone who wants to build a serious real estate career inside a team that actually supports you.
